The Ełk Cultural Centre is the largest cultural centre in the Ełk County and one of the most dynamically operating cultural centres in Poland. For over 70 years, the centre has been active in shaping regional art, culture, and entertainment in Poland. Its activities also bring together a wide range of actors and policymakers, including local authorities, representatives of the private sector, international specialists and art experts. The Elk Cultural Centre also participates in EU-funded projects, and in relation to digital upskilling, launches regular initiatives targeting the digital skills of a specific societal group, like seniors or youngsters.
